Tax Deed Sales

        

NOTICE  OF SALE OF EXCESS COUNTY LAND

 

WHEREAS, Clearwater County is the owner of the following parcels of land, having acquired same by tax deed for the non-payment of taxes; and

WHEREAS, no revenue is being received by the County and the land being no particular use or benefit to the County,

IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that the following land be offered for sale at public auction to the highest and best bidder on the 14th day of June, 2010, at 3:00 P.M. in the Commissioners’ office, Clearwater County Courthouse, 150 Michigan Avenue, Orofino, Idaho.

Written bids may be mailed to P.O. Box 586, Orofino, ID, or brought to the office by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, June 11th, 2010.  Envelope must be sealed and marked as to which property is being bid on.  Sealed bids will be opened first.  Oral bids taken at the time of auction.

The Board of County Commissioners has the discretionary authority to reserve the right to reject any and all bids.

That portion lying south of the centerline of the County Road identified as Sunnyside Lane on the     

 Recorded plat of Clearwater Plateau Subdivision recorded in the real property records of Clearwater County, Idaho as instrument #118883, dated May 22, 1978; and further described as that portion lying West of Lot 6,  Clearwater Plateau Subdivision; and lying North and East of that property described in instrument #195678; and lying South of that property described in Instrument #196673.
