NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That Clearwater County will conduct a consolidated election for the following taxing districts and for the following purposes:

Kendrick Joint School District #283Trustee Zone 5- Four Year Term

Nezperce Joint School District #302 - Levy Election - $445,000.00 for one year

Joint School District #171 - Levy Election - $2,285,000.00 for one year

Joint School District #171 - Trustee Zone 4 - Four Year Term

Joint School District #171 - Trustee Zone 5 - Four Year Term

Riverside Water and Sewer District - Board Member - Six Year Term

Whitepine Joint School District #288 - Levy Election - $706,637.00 for one year

 The election will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at which day the Polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the following designated Clearwater County Polling Place:

Election Dates

The County Clerk’s office is responsible for conducting Federal, State and County elections for Clearwater County.  The four election dates per year are:

  • The second Tuesday in March
  • The fourth Tuesday in May (Primary)
  • The last Tuesday in August
  • The Tuesday following the first Monday in November (General)
