ORDINANCE NO. 50:

REPEAL OF BUILDING CODE ORDINANCE

  5. NO EFFECT ON LOCATION PERMIT ORDINANCE.

 The Ordinance repeals the current building code ordinance, permit requirements, and county-enforced code standards, except as may be provided in any building location permit ordinance, adoption of which may occur contemporaneously with this ordinance or afterward.  The Ordinance allows existing building permit holders to elect to have the building permit/code apply to their project for a limited time on an interim basis.
